Christian Satin: painter and architect
2 facets to discover:
Christian Satin Painter
Christian Satin immerses us in the world of “surrealism”, bringing a new expression to it that he calls “trans-surrealism”. He painted with the aim of removing the borders between the real and imaginary world. His paintings take the form of triptychs, the outer sections of which are similar to a book cover. Each can be opened to reveal their contents, according to his imagination at the time.
Christian Satin Architect
An architect for 45 years, he was notably involved in the restoration of the “Vertbois” and the “Grand Curtius”, where, today, he is the subject on display. Photos and plans of certain buildings that were built between 1970 and today will also be exhibited.
